This album is dope all
the way around. It really blends 2Pac's deep lyrics with the hot back beats and tracks of today. It also shows how even after Pac's time in the house he still was the same 2Pac. Great interludes too.

Classic mixtape -- Vlad uses
the sickest beats with 2pac's best rhymes. Just as good as DJ Vlad's rap phenomenom mixtape with biggie

Great Mixtape. Amazing use of
Shakur's vocals. The beats in Rap Phenomenon 2 are a little outdated for the year 2008, granted, at the time this tape surfaced most of the beats were brand new. All things considered the mixtape is put together better than most. 2 Pac never gets old even though the beats do.
